I graduated from Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa in May
2012. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree
in Business Administration with a Marketing Concentration and a Leadership
Minor. In August 2012, I started working
as a coffee roaster and a photography assistant. I have been seeking full
time employment since March 2012.
I grew up in Iowa City, Iowa. I attended Penn Elementary and Kate Wickham Elementary schools before attending Northwest Junior High and West High School. After graduation, I enrolled in Wartburg College. During my time at Wartburg, I have traveled to Little Rock, AR, New Orleans, LA, Paris, FR, Bar Harbor, ME, Wauby, SD, Dubuque, IA, Denver, CO, Princeton, NJ, New York, NY, Washington, D.C.
I have a mom, a dad, a brother, and a dog.
Life is an adventure, meant to be lived. So I am living it, and welcoming you all along for the ride. There will be religion, questions, sad times, good times, and fun times.
For a long time it seemed to me that life was about to begin - real life. But there was always some obstacle in the way, something to be gotten through first, some unfinished business, time still to be served, a debt to be paid. A last it dawned on me that these obstacles were my life. This perspective has helped me to see there is now way to happiness. Happiness is the way. So treasure every moment you have and remember that time waits for no one. Because happiness is a journey, not a destination.
